These terms govern use of the True Services website and requests for handyman services. By using this website or requesting service, you agree to these terms.

Estimates and scope

Online or text-based estimates are preliminary unless confirmed in writing. Final pricing depends on site conditions, materials, access, required labor, and the agreed scope.

Appointments

Appointment windows are estimates. We will make reasonable efforts to arrive on time and communicate delays. Customers are responsible for providing safe access to the work area.

Payment

Payment is due when work is completed unless another written arrangement is made. Additional work outside the original scope may require approval and additional charges.

Materials

Customer-provided materials must be suitable for the job. True Services is not responsible for defects in customer-supplied products.

Warranty

Workmanship support may apply to completed work as stated in the written estimate or invoice. Warranty coverage does not include misuse, unrelated defects, hidden conditions, normal wear, customer-supplied defective materials, or work modified by others.
